Brandnew additions to the acclaimed Advocis family – Q and Y!
The ADVOCIS Y features the same as the well known ADVOCIS M, but in addition Mic/DI Input on the front panel. This DI is driven by the renown PICOLINO technology.
The new ADVOCIS Q is the flagship of the charcoal series, similar to the ADVOCIS ImSande.
Designed for use in live sound, the character circuitry has an added new patented VIBE function. With VIBE, you can quickly achieve very efficient dynamic and frequency characteristics. Depending on the settings, the signal ranges from “Nice” to “Tough”. The following amp stages provide the additional kick to really make the signal stand out.
Both units also feature the standard Advocis connections; Mic In, Line Out A, Line Out B.
Shipping is announced in early summer 2012. MSRP net is for ADVOCIS Q: 1380,- EUR, ADVOCIS Y: 930,- EUR.
KID Broadcast GmbH, AVS Medientechnik and AUDIONDA enter strategic alliance
KID Broadcast GmbH, well known German developer and manufacturer of critically acclaimed solutions for the broadcast, studio and stage markets, announced today a strategic alliance with AVS Medientechnik and AUDIONDA s.l.u. as worldwide distribution partners for the various product lines such as ADVOCIS and PICOLINO. German based KID Broadcast will remain distributing the lines directly in their German home market.
With this alliance KID Broadcast want to expand into new territories and markets. “The solution of having AVS and AUDIONDA as network node between KID Broadcast and the worldwide pro audio channel will sure strengthen our market position and improve the direct end user approach for our brands”, says Ingolf Beder, CEO at KID Broadcast GmbH.
